Costs you may pay on any sale
- Your own solicitor or conveyancer for the legal work.
- Any early repayment charge on your mortgage, and the lender’s fee to close the account.
- A leasehold management pack, if the property is leasehold.
- An energy performance certificate, if you don’t already have a valid one.
